Ball Yoga for Vim & Vigor for Women with Maggie Mackenzie (Online!)

An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Using physio balls to do yoga poses, we sit, bounce, roll and stretch on the balls while using deep breathing and slow, gentle movements to relax our nervous systems. No prior experience with yoga or physio balls needed. 1–2pm | Wednesdays | $15
Maggie Mackenzie began her study of yoga in 1970, receiving a master’s degree in Health Behavior from Purdue University. She has taught yoga for 30 years, was a Trager Bodywork & Movement practitioner for 10 years, and has also studied, performed, and taught Contact Improvisation Dance. She incorporates all she has learned in her yoga, dance, bodywork, and health studies to slow her own aging process, all while teaching the process to others.
