Classes & Workshops
Friendly House offers a wide range of classes and workshops. Meet neighbors, learn something new and discover something about yourself! There are two ways to explore our offerings — through the downloadable publications, linked below, and through the calendar.
New this year is Body Back, a results-based workout designed specifically for women. It combines 2 HIIT small group workouts a week, individualized nutritional guidance and counseling, at home workouts and recipes, and more! Unlock your personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment! Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm.
We are also pleased to offer Body Back Boost, targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Each 55-minute HIIT-format workout class ends with a mind-clearing meditation to get your MomME time in! This class is open to women and men. Please bring weights, a yoga mat and water. This class is done without kids, so please plan accordingly.
